Jopwell also assists companies with their diversity recruitment and marketing efforts. Their mission is twofold: Make a substantial, measurable impact on increasing Black, Latinx, and Native American representation and facilitate a national dialogue about diversity in the workplace. Jopwell empowers our community to learn, connect, and apply for professional opportunities while enabling companies to connect with and recruit top talent from the most historically underrepresented ethnic minority groups.
